The price updates as you make your selections.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Upload your photo and add your artwork to the basket. Repeat these steps if you would like to order more than one artwork.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Complete checkout to request your free preview. No payment is taken when you place your order.<\/p><\/li><li><p>We\u2019ll email you when your preview is ready, usually within 24\u201348 hours.<\/p><\/li><li><p>View your artwork and request your included revision if you would like any changes.<\/p><\/li><li><p>When you\u2019re happy with all the previews in your order, select <strong>Approve &amp; Pay<\/strong> and complete payment.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Successful payment confirms your approval of all the current artwork previews in your order. We can then begin producing your printed products or make your purchased digital artwork available to download.<\/p><h3 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Is the artwork preview really free?<\/h3><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Yes. You can place your order and see your artwork preview without paying upfront.<\/p><p>You only pay if you\u2019re happy with the preview and decide to proceed. If you decide not to go ahead, please let us know. There is no preview payment to refund.<\/p><h3>Can I order more than one artwork?<\/h3><p>Yes. You can upload different photos and choose a different style or product for each one.<\/p><p>Each artwork is numbered within your order \u2014 for example, <strong>Artwork 1<\/strong> and <strong>Artwork 2<\/strong> \u2014 so you can identify the correct artwork when viewing previews or requesting changes.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><h3 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Will I see a preview before printing?<\/h3><p>Yes. We\u2019ll email you a link to your artwork preview before you pay.<\/p><p>We only begin producing your printed products after you have approved the previews by completing payment.<\/p><h3>Can I request changes to my preview?<\/h3><p>Your order includes <strong>one revision request<\/strong>, which can cover one or more artworks in that order.<\/p><p>On your artwork preview page, use <strong>Request changes<\/strong>, identify the artwork or artworks you would like revised, and describe the changes clearly. You can also upload an optional reference image.<\/p><p>If you are requesting different changes to several artworks, list your instructions separately for each artwork number.<\/p><p>We\u2019ll review your request and email you when the updated preview is ready.<\/p><h3>What if I need help after my included revision?<\/h3><p>After you submit your included revision request, the revision form will no longer be available.<\/p><p>If you still have questions or need further assistance, <a href=\"https:\/\/alegart.com\/uk\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">contact us<\/a> with your order number and the relevant artwork number. We\u2019ll explain what we can do and whether any additional work would involve a charge before you decide to proceed.<\/p><p>The included revision limit does not affect your statutory rights.<\/p><h3>How do I approve my artwork and pay?<\/h3><p>Open the latest preview email, select <strong>View your preview<\/strong>, and check every artwork in your order.<\/p><p>When you\u2019re happy, select <strong>Approve &amp; Pay<\/strong> to open the secure payment page. Review your order and billing details, then complete payment.<\/p><p>Clicking the button alone does not approve your artwork. <strong>Successful payment confirms approval of all the current previews in your order.<\/strong><\/p><h3>Which payment methods can I use?<\/h3><p>We offer card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna, subject to availability and eligibility.<\/p><p>The payment methods available to you will appear on the payment page. Wallet availability can depend on your device, browser and wallet settings.<\/p><h3>I haven\u2019t received my preview email. A clear, well-lit image with the subject in focus usually gives the best result.<\/p><p>Avoid screenshots, heavily compressed images and photos downloaded from social media where possible.<\/p><p>If we need a clearer photo to prepare your artwork, we\u2019ll contact you.<\/p><h3>Which image formats can I upload?<\/h3><p>You can upload JPG, JPEG or PNG photos. Please check the upload field for the supported formats and maximum file size.<\/p><p>If you have trouble uploading your photo, <a href=\"https:\/\/alegart.com\/uk\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">contact our team<\/a>.<\/p><h3>Can I choose the artwork style, size and material?<\/h3><p>Yes. Choose from the styles and product options available on the product page.<\/p><p>For printed products, the available sizes, materials and framing options are shown as you make your selection. Your selected options and price will appear in your basket before you place your order.<\/p><h3>Do you offer canvas prints?<\/h3><p>Yes, where canvas is available as a product option. Check the product page for the available canvas types and sizes.<\/p><h3>Do you use AI to create the artwork?<\/h3><p>No. We do not use AI tools to create your artwork.<\/p><h3>Where are printed products made?<\/h3><p>Our printed products are professionally produced in the UK by our fulfilment partner, Printful, which also handles UK delivery.<\/p><p>Alegart remains your point of contact for your order, artwork and any issues.<\/p><h3>Will the finished print look exactly like the preview?<\/h3><p>Your preview shows the artwork you are approving. Small differences in colour and appearance can occur between a screen and a printed product because of screen settings, print materials and the printing process.<\/p><p>Please check the composition, text and other important details before completing payment. If you are unsure about anything, contact us first.<\/p><p>This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or does not match its description.<\/p><h3>How do I receive my digital artwork?<\/h3><p>If you purchase a digital artwork, your approved full-size JPEG will be available to download after successful payment.<\/p><p>We\u2019ll send you the download information by email. You can also access available downloads from your order in <a href=\"https:\/\/alegart.com\/uk\/my-account\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">My Account<\/a>.<\/p><p>Save the file to your device and keep a backup. The image displayed on the preview page is a preview, rather than your full-size download.<\/p><h3>How long do the email download links work?<\/h3><p>Email download links expire after seven days. You can obtain a fresh link from your order in <a href=\"https:\/\/alegart.com\/uk\/my-account\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">My Account<\/a>.<\/p><p>If you have difficulty accessing your download, <a href=\"https:\/\/alegart.com\/uk\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">contact us<\/a> with your order number.<\/p><h3>Can I print my digital artwork elsewhere?<\/h3><p>Yes. A purchased digital artwork can be printed for your own personal use or as a personal gift, subject to the licence in our <a href=\"https:\/\/alegart.com\/uk\/terms-conditions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Terms &amp; Conditions<\/a>.<\/p><p>The licence does not permit commercial use, resale or distribution of the digital file.<\/p><p>A printed product does not automatically include a full-size digital download.
