Website information and examples<\/h2><p>We take care to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. If anything seems unclear, please contact us before you pay and we will be happy to help.<\/p><p>Gallery images and room mock-ups show how our artwork can look. Furniture, accessories and other items in these images are not included unless the product description says so. The size of an artwork in a room image is not a measurement guide, so please use the dimensions shown for your chosen product.<\/p><h2>2. Our artwork<\/h2><p>Every Alegart artwork is digital art, created from your photograph and finished by hand by one of our artists. We do not use AI to create your artwork.<\/p><p>Style names such as &#8220;Oil painting&#8221;, &#8220;Acrylic painting&#8221; and &#8220;Watercolour&#8221; describe the look of the finished artwork. They do not mean that physical paint is used.<\/p><p>Each style involves artistic interpretation, so no two artworks are exactly alike. Your preview lets you see that interpretation before you decide to buy.<\/p><p>The photograph you send us affects the detail and quality we can achieve. Low resolution, blur, poor lighting or a tight crop may limit the result. If we need a different photograph or more information, we will contact you.<\/p><h2>3. Your free preview and approval<\/h2><p>No payment is taken when you request your artwork. We prepare a free preview using your photograph and chosen options, usually within 24\u201348 hours. More complex requests may occasionally take a little longer.<\/p><p>Once we email you the complete preview, you have 7 days to review it. You can request your one included revision, or approve your artwork by selecting &#8220;Approve &amp; Pay&#8221; and completing payment. Selecting the button alone does not approve your artwork; your approval is confirmed only when payment is successful. If you do nothing within 7 days, your request closes automatically and you are not charged.<\/p><p>If your order includes more than one artwork, please check each one before you pay, as payment approves all of them together. Please check the composition, any personal message and its spelling, and the size and material you have chosen.<\/p><p>Your preview may be shown at a lower resolution or with a watermark. It is for you to review your artwork before buying and is not the final file.<\/p><h2>4. Your revision<\/h2><p>One revision is included with every order. If your order includes several artworks, tell us which artwork or artworks you would like changed and describe the changes clearly. After your revision, you are always welcome to contact us with questions.<\/p><p>The revision limit does not stop you from telling us about an error or a problem with your artwork, and it does not affect your statutory rights.<\/p><h2>5. Colours, screens and print<\/h2><p>Colours can look slightly different on different screens and in print, because of display settings, lighting, surface texture and the printing process. Small differences like these are normal and do not by themselves mean that a product is faulty. If your artwork differs significantly from the preview you approved or from what you ordered, please contact us.<\/p><h2>6. Digital artwork<\/h2><p>If you buy digital artwork, your full-size file is made available once your payment has been confirmed. Please download it and keep your own backup copy. How long the file stays available and how you may use it are explained in our <a href=\"\/uk\/terms-conditions\/\">Terms &amp; Conditions<\/a>.<\/p><p>If you have your digital artwork printed elsewhere, the result will also depend on the printer, materials, settings and size you choose. We are responsible for the file we supply, but not for the work of a printing service you arrange yourself.<\/p><h2>7. Prices and timeframes<\/h2><p>Prices and availability may change for future orders. The price shown when you request your preview is the price you pay for that order. Delivery information is shown on our <a href=\"\/uk\/delivery\/\">Delivery<\/a> page and in your order emails.<\/p><h2>8. Links and our partners<\/h2><p>Our website may link to websites run by other organisations. They are responsible for their own content and practices, and a link does not mean we endorse everything on that website.<\/p><p>We work with partners for printing, payment and delivery. Your contract is always with Alegart, so if something is wrong with your order, please contact us and we will put it right.<\/p><h2>9. Your rights<\/h2><p>Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights, our responsibility for faulty or misdescribed products or digital content, or our duty to provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Personalisation does not affect your rights if something is faulty or not as described. Your rights to cancel are explained in our <a href=\"\/uk\/terms-conditions\/\">Terms &amp; conditions<\/a>.<\/p><h2>10. Copyright<\/h2><p>The text, logos, images and artwork on our website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to Alegart or the relevant owners. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission, unless the law allows it. You keep ownership of the photographs you send us. Purchased digital artwork may be used as set out in our Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/p><h2>11. Changes to this page<\/h2><p>We may update this page when our website, services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Updates do not change existing orders or reduce your statutory rights.<\/p><h2>12.
