See your free Artist’s preview before you pay. Choose a digital artwork or a professionally printed product, and only pay when you’re happy with your Artist’s preview.

Step 1 – Choose your options and upload your photo

  • Choose your art style.

  • Select a digital artwork or a printed product. For printed products, choose the material, frame colour and size.

  • Check the price as you make your selections.

  • Upload your photo.

  • Add a personal message or choose a preferred orientation, if you’d like (both optional).

  • Add your artwork to the basket.

  • Complete checkout to request your free Artist’s preview.

Would you like more than one artwork? Repeat these steps for each photo. Each artwork can have its own style and product options.

No payment is taken when you place your order.

Tip: Use your original, highest-resolution photo for the best result.

Step 2 – View your free Artist’s preview

  • One of our artists creates your artwork from your photo.

  • Your Artist’s preview is usually ready within 24–48 hours.

  • We’ll email you a link to view all the Artist’s previews in your order.

  • Check each Artist’s preview, including any personal message and other details.

  • If you would like changes, use the Request changes form on your preview page.

Your order includes one revision request, which can cover one or more artworks.

Identify each artwork you would like changed and give clear instructions. We’ll review your request and email you when the updated Artist’s preview is ready.

Step 3 – Approve, pay and receive your artwork

  • When you’re happy with every Artist’s preview in your order, select Approve & Pay.

  • Review your order and billing details on the secure payment page.

  • Complete payment using an available payment method.

Successful payment confirms your approval of all the current Artist’s previews in your order.

You have 7 days from receiving your complete Artist’s preview to approve and pay, or to use your included revision. Your exact deadline is in your Artist’s preview email. If you request changes, you have a further 7 days from receiving your updated Artist’s preview. If we don’t hear from you, the unpaid order is cancelled automatically.

For printed products, production then begins. Your artwork is professionally printed in the UK and delivered with free UK delivery.

For purchased digital artworks, your approved high-resolution files become available to download after payment. We’ll email you the download information, and you can also access available downloads from your order in My Account.

What happens and when?

Free Artist’s preview

Usually ready within 24–48 hours of placing your order. We’ll email you when it’s ready to view.

Print production

Usually 1–2 working days after you approve your artwork by successfully completing payment.

Your artwork is packaged and dispatched within 24 hours after printing.

UK delivery

Usually 3–7 working days after dispatch.

Free UK delivery is included with all printed products.

These timeframes are estimates. Production and delivery may take longer during busy periods, including Christmas and Mother’s Day.

Ordering digital artwork? There is no physical delivery. Download your approved high-resolution file after payment and save a copy to your device.

What if I don’t like the Artist’s preview?

  • Use your included revision request to tell us what you would like changed.

  • Include the relevant artwork number or numbers so we can identify the correct Artist’s previews.

  • We’ll email you when your updated Artist’s preview is ready.

  • If you decide not to proceed, you are under no obligation to pay. Please let us know.

After you submit your included revision request, the revision form will no longer be available. Further changes may be possible. Contact our team with your order number and we'll tell you in advance whether they can be made and whether there is a charge.

No payment is taken before you approve your artwork. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
